Apple Pie inspired Panini🍏

Hey guys!!!

I know I’ve been kind of MIA recently, I just got really busy with school and I apologise for not letting you guys know. Anyway I’M BAAACK and today I’ve decided to share one of my quick and easy snacks I make when I’m craving something sweet. 
I actually got my inspiration for this snack from Pinterest {my Pinterest is tagged in the sidebar}, I’ve tweaked the recipe and I must say it’s really quick and easy to make and is super scrumptious as well… so let’s get right into it!! 


Ingredients: ( makes 4 sandwiches )

Sugar {2 tbsps} 

Cinnamon {1 tbsp} 

Bread {8 slices} 

Butter {4 tbsps} 

Mascarpone or Cream cheese {1/2 cup} 

1 Green apple ( or Granny Smith apple ) 
How to: 

Slice your apple as thin as you can 

Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a bowl 

Coat your apple slices in the mixture

Spread the mascarpone on one side of your bread ( optional sprinkle some of the cinnamon sugar on the mascarpone ) 


Place your apple slices on the mascarpone 

Spread butter on the outer side of your sandwich and place it into your panini maker. 



Wait until your sandwich is gold brown and serve with vanilla ice cream 🙂

Suraya’s Lemon cheesecake topped with blackberries 


Hi everyone 🙂 

 I love to bake, baking is my number one hobby. It brings me joy to see other people enjoy what I’ve created. I love a good cheesecake ( my gran makes the best ) it is my go to desert and people always ask me for my recipes, so today I’ve decided to share my recipe with you. Let’s get started. 

What you’ll need: 

2 packets of biscuits ( e.g. Tennis, digestives, or any plain biscuits.) 

2 tablespoons of butter/ margarine ( melted ) 

2 packets of Philadelphia cream cheese ( or any plain cream cheese ) 

2 cans of condensed milk 

4 eggs 

2 tablespoons of flour 

Berries

2 tablespoons of Icing sugar 

1 to 2 cartons of Cream ( whipped or any ) 

Instructions: 

Cake: 

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius ( 356 degrees Fahrenheit ) 
  2. Crush the biscuits and mix the crumbs with the butter; press firmly onto the base of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Then refrigerate until it hardens. 
  3. Beat the cream cheese, condensed milk, flour and lemon juice; mix on medium speed until well blended. 
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. 
  5. Pour over crust/ base. 
  6. Bake for 55 minutes to an hour until centre is almost set. 
  7. Run a knife or metal spatula around the rim of the pan to loosen the cake; cool before removing rim of pan. 
  8. Cool cheesecake for 1 hour then refrigerate. 

Topping: 

  1. Take a can of any berries ( fresh berries are fine ) place in a pot on low heat. 
  2. Add the icing sugar and mix. 
  3. Let the mixture cool down. 
  4. Beat the whipped cream on medium until it doubles in size. 

Remove the cake from the rim and assemble the cake before serving and enjoy.
